 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Decent sized room.  Very clean.  We'll equipped.  Lots of hot water.  Has an elevator.  Desk staffed til 6pm. Our room was made up everyday while we were out.  Staff helped with booking transportation  which  was handy.

Location is the best, this is a great stay, the piazza is nice near every attraction you think of, 3 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, The suite is convenient, AC great especially with the heat wave, and the people working are very cooperative. the food around is amaaaazing.. do try the roasted potatos anywhere it is so yummy, never ask for fries in Rome😍 this place is a great stay for someone who likes to feel the sense of the beautiful city Rome.

One of the Worst places where you can select to stay in the beautiful city Rome.
We booked for 5 nights. We couldn’t even tolerate staying for a single night!!! Once we arrived the place was Horrible, reality and details NEVER match the photos posted in the internet.
Lack of cleanliness, worn-in furniture, the elevator smells disgusting like urine!!! I vomited 3 times after using it. we couldn’t even tolerate staying for a single night !! The second day morning we left the place to different hotel .
Not worth the price.

Note: we respectfully discussing the issues with the receptionist asking to refund at least for a couple of nights he REFUSED and offering to change the room) while the problem is not only in the rooms itself! Even the elevator super disgusting. We left then the receptionist immediately (Cancel) our booking in Booking website with reason of (NO SHOW) to not allow us to evaluate the place in booking. Shame!

The bathroom was a little weird, I'm used to Japanese and American bathrooms but it might be normal for Europeans (No shower curtain). The staff are very professional and efficient.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. La ubicación es excelente, en plena área comercial y de Via Condotti (marcas de lujo), y a su vez en 10 minutos caminando estas en Piaza Navona o el Panteón.
Habitación amplia cómoda y luminosa.
Personal super amable (nos pidieron taxi para el traslado al aeropuerto). Esta durante el día, a la noche entras con las llaves.
Sin desayuno pero tenes café a disposición.
Las habitaciones son en el 3er piso de un edificio que subis por ascensor (pedir el código de acceso).
Pudimos ingresar a las 11am porque la habitación ya estaba lista y dejar las valijas hasta la tarde el dia que nos fuimos.

 Verified Fantastic central location. Lovely staff. Bed comfortable. A few repairs needed in the bathroom. Safe should be attached to the wall/ floor. A bit noisy during the night from guests arriving back and from floor above. Nothing that would stop us from booking again though.

 Verified The location is perfect for travellers, especially families. We stayed here with our two children, and it was a fantastic central base for exploring Rome. The hotel itself was excellent. Our room was spacious enough for a family of four, cleaned daily, and all the bathroom and shower essentials were replenished every day. The room is fully air-conditioned. Because of the size of the room, it can take a little while to cool down, but this really wasn’t an issue for us. The TV comes with Sky, and there’s also a fridge that is restocked daily, with items available at an additional charge. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us advice and directions for places to visit around the city. On our final day, we had a late flight home and they were also happy to store our luggage at reception, which meant we could enjoy our last few hours in Rome without carrying our bags around.  Verified Fabulous spacious apartment. The queen suite is made up of a large front room/dining room, small kitchen, seperate room with two single beds and an another shared room that access the bathroom and large queen bed. Good amenities if you want to cook for yourself and room enough to not be on top of each other. There is a lift but it’s small so probably would not recommend for those with accessibility needs, Stairs as a tough climb but manageable! The location is spot on and we had no noise at all. Restaurant downstairs is good for meals if a little pricy but you get discounts staying in the apartment. Aircon available throughout but switches off midday so remember to switch back in for the night. You can walk everywhere if you needed to between 20 mins and 30 mins- the walks are pleasant.  Verified The location of splendor suites is excellent and the property is in a historic building. Checking in and communication with the property was very good and easy. The room itself is of a good size (it was my wife, my daughter and myself) and was cleaned daily and very well. Our only issue was with the air conditioner which was poor. The unit ran all day but just had no ability to cool the room and in a summer which was hot that makes staying in the room uncomfortable. The nights were ok but we did have to sleep with our hand fans on but the days despite us keeping all windows closed had very little cooling. I’m sure it’s an easy fix with just an upgrade of the ac unit and then this will be a 4-5 star place.  Verified There’s a code to use the lift, should include that ahead of arrivals. Now we understand why they provide earplugs in each room… the garbage and recycling trucks emptying the entire neighbourhoods’ glass bottles at 7am on a Sunday is loud, I’m not a light sleeper. Carpeted bathroom is also odd. There’s also steps up and down the hallway. Appreciated the slightly later checkout however. The property is in older condition than photos. | Liked: staff & service

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst in Rome recently. The room was clean and comfortable but perhaps a bit dated in some areas and could have had some more attention to detail with cleanliness (for example under the kids pull out bed and in the shower. The two levels in our room was very popular for the kids to have their own sleeping space. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good - close to many of the major attractions in Rome, notably the Spanish Steps! The A/C unit was powerful and a relief in the heatwave. The Piazza San Lorenzo was buzzing each day and full of energy. We had a room not overlooking the Piazza and it was very quiet - we didn't hear a thing. It could be noisy overlooking the Piazza so be aware of this when you book. I would recommend visiting the restaurant beside the hotel on the Piazza for fresh cornettos and espresso in the morning! Positives: - layout of the room - location - small "coffee corner" was a nice touch - new modern A/C unit Improvements - more attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room - initally was hard to find. The suites are above the Baptist Church so go through the entrance to the Church and take the lift. Instructions prior to arrival could have been clearer.

Siamo stati in questo piccolo hotel al centro di Roma, ubicato in una bella piazza pedonale vicinissima a piazza di Spagna. Camera pulita, spaziosa, luminosa e ben insonorizzata. Il personale si è dimostrato cortese e molto attento alle richieste del cliente. Lo consiglio.

We stayed in a spacious family suite that had an upstairs loft with a sofa bed for our two children. The room was clean, had 2 a/c units to keep us cool, and the beds were comfortable to keep us well-rested and recharged during our 3 day stay in Roma. No breakfast avialable, but there were plenty of cafe's and street food options just downstairs in the piazza or a few minutes in any direction. Excellent location and easy to get around by foot or by public bus with our Roma Card. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone.

   Verified The location is great, walkable to most of the major sites that you’d want to see in Rome, and loads of great restaurants nearby too. The accommodation itself is just a little rough around the edges, but perfectly suited for a short city break.

   Verified ¡Excelente ubicación! Puedes caminar a todas las atracciones y llegar en minutos, la zona es muy bonita, estas rodeado de tiendas de diseñador y buenos restaurantes (a 1 min caminando de Matricianella). El recibimiento fue muy bueno, muy amable y el cuarto es lo suficientemente grande para una estancia cómoda, todo estaba limpio y la cama era muy cómoda. El único detalle que podría señalar es que no nos dejaron papel de baño 2 días y tuvimos que solicitarlo, fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien.

   Verified Sehr schöne Location mitten im Herzen von Rom. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und hilfreiches Personal. Leider hat das Zimmer nicht dem Standard, der im Inserat gezeigten Bilder entsprochen. Hier wird der Eindruck großer Zimmer, zum Teil auf zwei Ebenen mit Blick auf den Vorplatz suggeriert. Das Zimmer an sich war wesentlich kleiner, innenliegend und die Fenster führten zu einem Schacht mit Klimaanlage und Abluft und konnten daher nicht geöffnet werden, da der Lärm eine Nachtruhe nicht zugelassen hätte. Grundsätzlich alles vertretbar, wenn es auch so im Inserat angegeben wird. Schade, dass hingegen das Bild eines luxuriösen Hotels vermittelt wird. So kann man nur enttäuscht werden und der über Airbnb gefragte Preis ist meiner Meinung nach nicht angemessen.

   Verified Localisation de choix. On fait notre cardio à monter les étages mais c’était le prix pour un endroit spécial. Avons eu droit à des prestations d’une chorale provenant de l’étage en bas où il semble y avoir une église. Lit confortable, salle de bain ok. Propre même si quelque peu abîmé… notre irritant a surtout été qu’il manquait rouleau papier, kleenex et essuie-tout… Sinon beau séjour merci

   Verified Muy buena experiencia en este alojamiento. Ubicado en el medio de icónicas calles romanas y cerca de todo, entrar luego de caminar todo el día es un placer. Fresco y silencioso para descansar. Aunque parezca un Airbnb por no tener recepción 24hs, por dentro es realmente un hotel. Lo único que nos pasó es que el baño estaba en un entrepiso con una escalera muy estrecha. Si bien el baño era PRECIOSO, creo que el tema de la altura y accesibilidad puede ser un problema para algunas personas.
